This data is not linked to your identity — we do not collect your name, email, PAN, Aadhaar, or bank account number during analysis.
We run our own lightweight analytics (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no third-party trackers). We record:
localStorage, not linked to your real identityIf you upload a loan statement PDF, it is sent to our server for text extraction, processed in memory, and immediately discarded. The PDF file is never written to disk or stored. No copy is retained.
To show "Welcome back," we save non-personal loan parameters (bank name, rate, tenure) in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device. Clear it anytime via browser settings or by clicking "Start Fresh."
If you voluntarily submit your phone number via the "Need help switching?" form, we store it in our database to connect you with balance transfer options. We will never sell your phone number. You can request deletion by emailing us.
When you click "Apply Now" for a bank, we log the bank name, your IP, and timestamp to understand which banks our users find useful.

Our server uses security headers (helmet.js), rate limiting, input sanitization, and HTTPS in production. The admin dashboard is protected by an access key. PDF files are processed in-memory only.
